Roles and Responsibilites 

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Identifying project members, goals, objectives, constraints, dependencies, project schedules
    and budgets, timeline compression, risk planning, contingency plans, and risk monitoring and
    control
  • Allocate resources appropriately to ensure project success, balancing team member workloads
    and skill sets to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manages client communications and expectations. Ensuring client satisfaction in partnership
    with the internal team.
  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and delivery of detailed project plans
  • Coordinates daily tasks, assigns project resources and ensures resources complete tasks.
  • Identifies, documents, and manages scope or deliverable change requests, whether initiated
    internally or by the client.
  • Plans for and change controls quality by reviewing items before delivery to client; monitoring
    and enhancing internal and external deliverables/documents and working with internal teams
    on needed revisions/enhancements.
  • Maintains an understanding of the client’s expectations and internal processes and procedures
    that may affect the project’s success; serves as a point of contact for clients as needed.
  • Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects; shares
    lessons learned with other project management team members.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects, providing regular reports on
    project status, progress, and performance against targets.
  • Documentation, reporting & communication

Experience Requirement

  • E-commerce Industry knowledge/expertise & experience in e-commerce or Retail environment
  • Extensive experience in program management and project management
  • Platform knowledge of industry-leading platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud,
    Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce-related platforms.
  • Project Management Tools Expertise – JIRA, Asana, etc.
  • Strong expertise in the fundamentals of project management, both waterfall and agile
    methodologies
  • Microsoft products - Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
