Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, onboarding, QBR’s and support to the Director and CEO
- Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system, documenting interactions and resolutions
- Client Satisfaction: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to overall client satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to their success
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, product, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive client journey and foster strong teamwork
- Knowledge Base Contribution: Contribute to the development and improvement of client-facing FAQs and internal knowledge base articles
- Learning & Development: Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry best practices to enhance your expertise and adapt to change
Person Specification: Client Services Executive
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who embodies our values of commitment, teamwork, expertise, change, high standards, and passion.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, customer service, or administrative support position
- Experience with CRM software for managing client interactions is desirable
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new products and services
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential. A relevant diploma, apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software applications and technical concepts
- A genuine customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others
