Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, onboarding, QBR’s and support to the Director and CEO
  • Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system, documenting interactions and resolutions
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to overall client satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to their success
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, product, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive client journey and foster strong teamwork
  • Knowledge Base Contribution: Contribute to the development and improvement of client-facing FAQs and internal knowledge base articles
  • Learning & Development: Continuously learn about our products, services, and industry best practices to enhance your expertise and adapt to change

Person Specification: Client Services Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who embodies our values of commitment, teamwork, expertise, change, high standards, and passion.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of  experience in a client-facing role, customer service, or administrative support position
  • Experience with CRM software for managing client interactions is desirable
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about new products and services
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential. A relevant diploma, apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree is a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new software applications and technical concepts
  • A genuine customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others
  • Problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
