We improved operational efficiency and established digital growth for the US market by migrating to an SFRA realm framework and enhancing site performance through third-party integrations.

Brief

Bushnell’s former parent company, Vista Outdoors, now part of Revelyst Brands sought support in migrating Bushnell and 21 other sites to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Subsequently, we worked with Revelyst to support their rebranding, and to develop a DTC platform for their Outdoor Performance sites, enhancing e-commerce operations, content management, and site performance.

  • Streamlining content management for product listing page (PLP)
  • Developing a cohesive branding strategy for a post-segmentation identity
  • Enhancing platform performance for high-volume traffic

Our Solution

Our team initially worked with Vista to migrate and launch 21 brands, including Bushnell, onto the Vista Master Realm on SFCC. Later, we collaborated with Revelyst to support their split realm and launch their brand portfolio ahead of the 2024 holiday season, integrating advanced third-party services such as ID.me and Adyen.
