Brief

The Commerce Team Global took over the management and enhancement of Naty's e-commerce platform in 2021. While the initial framework was already in place, TCTG were approached to optimise and further develop the site to enhance its performance, user experience, and integration capabilities. Major milestones include the upgrade of the Adyen payment system and the implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). 

Challenges

  • Legacy System Integration. Naty's platform, initially developed by another agency, had several legacy integrations that required updates and enhancements to meet current technological standards and business requirements.
  • Payment Processing. The existing payment processing system needed an upgrade to enhance security, reliability, and user experience.
  • Data Analytics and Tracking. There was a need for a more sophisticated analytics setup to track user journeys and gather actionable insights for marketing and operational improvements.
  • Customer Engagement and Feedback. Enhancing customer engagement through reviews and ratings was critical to build trust and improve product visibility.
  • Content Management. Efficient content management was required to ensure that the website remains updated with the latest content. 

Our Solution

TCTG implemented several key integrations and upgrades to address these challenges, focusing on improving both the front-end user experience and back-end efficiency. 

  • Adyen Upgrade. Upgrading Naty's Adyen payment system increased payment security and improved transaction reliability and checkout experience.
  • Google Analytics 4 Implementation. In May 2023, TCTG implemented GA4, a significant upgrade from the previous analytics system. This allowed Naty to gain deeper insights into user behavior, track comprehensive user journeys, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Trustpilot Integration, to boost customer engagement and credibility. This integration helped Naty collect customer feedback and display it on their website, fostering trust and improving product perception.
  • Content Creation with Powr, to streamline content creation. This tool allowed for easy updates and the creation of added content pages without requiring extensive technical knowledge.
  • Shipping Notifications via ShipUp, to enhance customer experience post-purchase. This integration provided customers with real-time updates on their order status, improving transparency and reducing customer inquiries.
  • Affiliate Marketing with CJ Affiliate, to boost Naty's marketing efforts through affiliate programs, reach a wider audience and increase sales through affiliate marketing strategies.
  • FB Pixel for Event Tracking, helping Naty to gather valuable data on customer interactions and optimize their advertising campaigns on Facebook.
