Brief

In their mission to introduce renewable materials that benefit both the environment and human health, Eco by Naty operated on a Salesforce Commerce Cloud SiteGenesis platform. Seeking to further enhance site performance, user experience, and integration capabilities, they partnered with The Commerce Team Global. 

Challenges

  • Legacy system integrations, including outdated payment solutions
  • Inadequate data analytics and customer engagement tools, hindering the ability to track user journeys and improve user experience 

Our Solution

We upgraded their current SFCC storefront, and implemented key integrations, including Adyen, Google Analytics 4, POWR, and Trustpilot, to address their challenges. These enhancements focused on improving both the front-end user experience and back-end operational efficiency.
