We improved operational efficiency and established digital growth for the US market by migrating to an SFRA realm framework and enhancing site performance through third-party integrations. 

Brief

Giro’s former parent company, Vista Outdoors, now part of Revelyst brands sought support across its 41-brand portfolio to enhance storefront management and operations using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). 

Challenges

  • Legacy systems and complex data migration
  • Coordinating site migration of 21 brands with bespoke requirements on a shared multi-brand realm  

Our Solution

We migrated and launched 21 Vista brands (including Giro) onto the Vista Master Realm on SFCC, streamlining site management and simplifying issue resolution with a common framework architecture. Key third-party services, including Yotpo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, were also integrated to enhance the customer experience.
