Graham & Brown is a British interiors lifestyle brand founded in 1946 by two boyhood friends, Harold Graham and Henry Brown. Graham & Brown was online from the late 90s, but really began to develop its online DTC presence and widen its interiors product offer from paint, custom products and soft furnishings in the last decade – utilising the reputation of its brand.
Today, Graham & Brown operates a state-of-the-art digital factory run on renewable and are world renowned for their strong brands and high-quality products, sold in over 70 countries worldwide.
Impact
Graham & Brown was looking to adopt a more agile and cost-effective platform, so we assisted in transitioning their site from a SAAS solution to a Headless architecture, migrating from SFCC to BigCommerce. With a composable solution in place, we were able to integrate easily multiple commerce technologies that significantly improved our client’s site performance.
Our dedicated team handled Graham & Browns’ site and all customers data migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to BigCommerce efficiently, and we provided support with the launch of their new exclusive product Art on Demand.
To boost our clients’ customer retention, we introduced Gift Cards and Yotpo Loyalty programmes, achieving an impressive 22% increase in conversion rates and a +7% rise in average order value.
Additionally, we leveraged our extensive experience in commerce technologies to implement third party solutions and improve site performance, resulting in the new site being +95% faster than the previous one and increasing page views by +27% per session.
