TFG London entered the UK market with the acquisition of Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs and Damsel in a Dress brand to their premium portfolio - and now Inside Story.

In late 2022, TFG London approached The Commerce Team Global to develop and launch the e-commerce site for Inside Story on a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment. The Inside Story project marked a significant expansion for TFG London into a new vertical—homeware products.
The brief required the site to be designed, developed, and launched within an ambitious three-month timeframe.
Having already established trust and a proven track record with the group by working on the site development of other TFG’s key brands – Whistle, Hobbs, and Phase Eight – we were a clear choice to deliver this Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation.
We implemented the core technologies already adopted by TFG brands, such as Adyen for payments, Cloudinary for assets management, and IVR functions. In addition, we redesigned headers, PLD and PDP, for a customised look and customer experience.
By prioritising communication, aligning workflows, and utilising our proven development processes, the site was successfully developed, tested, and soft-launched within the three-month deadline, meeting the client’s expectations and setting a solid foundation for the brand's entry into the homeware category.
