Brief

Graham & Brown was looking to adopt a more agile and cost-effective platform, so we collaborated closely with their team to determine the most suitable fit-for-purpose technology for their needs. Once the right technology was selected, we assisted in transitioning their site from a SAAS solution to a Headless architecture, migrating from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Big Commerce.

Our Solution

Our dedicated team handled Graham & Browns’ site and all customers data migration from Salesforce Commerce Cloud to BigCommerce and provided support with the launch of their new exclusive product Art on Demand.  

With a composable solution in place, we integrated third-party technologies—including Yotpo, Algolia, and Global-E—that significantly enhanced our client’s site performance, delivering the following results:

  • 22% increased conversion rate
  • 7% higher average order value
  • 27% increased page views per session
  • Website performance is 95% faster than previous SFCC site
  • Business operations are far more efficient
