Under Armour reached out to us to improve their customer engagement and retention, customer support, mobile interface and returns across the APAC and EMEA regions, to provide a better shopping experience for their users.
One of the main challenges for Under Armour was maintaining a consistent customer-centric approach while ensuring a localised and personalised experience across all the regions they serve. We collaborated with Under Armour teams to enhance their customer experience, addressing issues such as the absence of gifting and loyalty programmes. The site presented performance issues on mobile, and customer service gaps impacted the overall user experience. Additionally, we improved localised payment and return methods to better meet the specific needs of customers in various countries.
