Brief

Under Armour reached out to us to improve their customer engagement and retention, customer support, mobile interface and returns across the APAC and EMEA regions, to provide a better shopping experience for their users. 

Challenges

One of the main challenges for Under Armour was maintaining a consistent customer-centric approach while ensuring a localised and personalised experience across all the regions they serve. We collaborated with Under Armour teams to enhance their customer experience, addressing issues such as the absence of gifting and loyalty programmes. The site presented performance issues on mobile, and customer service gaps impacted the overall user experience. Additionally, we improved localised payment and return methods to better meet the specific needs of customers in various countries. 

Our Solution

  • Mobile authentication: Enhanced security and user convenience through the addition of mobile authentication for customers, and improved user interface on mobile devices. 
  • Live Chat on PLP: Added live chat functionality for both desktop and mobile users, enhancing real-time support.
  • Returns with Narvar to provide transparent return tracking and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Personalised Shopping experience with Shop This Outfit to encourage cross-selling and outfit bundling.
  • Gift Card Integration with Givex to expand purchase options.
  • Member-Specific Pricing: Enabled exclusive pricing for loyalty programme members, fostering deeper customer relationships.
  • Memberson Loyalty Programme: Integrated loyalty solution to earn reward points with every purchase and redeem the vouchers along with a rewards locker functionality.
  • Localised payment solutions with Ratepay as a payment option in select European countries, catering to regional preferences.
  • Print PDF Invoices: We have enhanced the customer experience by providing them with the option to create and download PDF invoices once the order is fully fulfilled.
