Rab is a leading outdoor brand making technical apparel and equipment for adventurers and explorers. Founded in 1981, Rab Carrington started the business in the attic of a Sheffield terraced-house.
Catering for climbers, runners, hikers and more, the Rab website is the heart of their e-commerce strategy. It hosts their products, blog, and plenty of information about their strategy to reduce their impact on the planet.
Impact
The Commerce Team Global (TCTG) partnered with Rab to revolutionise their existing legacy system on Magento 1 which needed to be completed within 3 months. TCTG needed to create sites specifically for the UK, US, EU, Canada & Norway markets and merge the Lowe Alpine brand into the main site across 4 countries.
TCTG created a new site and digital platform utilising Adobe Commerce Cloud, this now provides Rab with a scalable cloud-based solution and significantly updates user experience. This was a turning point for Rab, with TCTG also integrating a number of key 3rd party software.
